Hi - I'm Dave Bruns, and I run Exceljet with my wife, Lisa. For example, the formula =DATEVALUE("") returns a serial number in the Excel date system that represents December 31, 2015. If I change the decimal separator from within Excel 2016 from the system decimal separator (comma) to a decimal point, I find that non-integer Solver constraints get altered by themselves. But, in this case, when you send the email which recipients are separated by the commas, the message will not be sent successfully. And the European numbers have been converted to US number format.
